πββοΈ Run Beyond Borders β Spaces Available πββοΈ
Run Beyond Borders still has a few spaces available on its supportive 10-week running programme for refugee and asylum-seeking women aged 18+.
The programme helps participants progress from beginner level to running 5km, with two coached group sessions each week led by experienced facilitators. Running shoes and suitable clothing are provided, ensuring cost is not a barrier to taking part.
If you're interested in trying a new activity, building confidence, and being part of a supportive group, this could be a great opportunity.
