Fantastic effort from the team down at ICO's Dundee open yesterday 👊

Amazing attitude from the whole team with some tough matches in there but everyone held their own and saw it through!
As always there are important learning points to take away from competitions like this but you should all hold your heads up proud guys.

Wednesday night wrapped up our last class for the year in Glasgow, it's crazy how quickly the 3 months have passed since we opened.
Super proud of how these guys are developing and how much hard work they've put in to get their first belts (along with Samreen!)
