🌟 **Announcing the Lynher Energy Unified Scottish Championship: The Ultimate Challenge for all UR Scottish Clans!** 🏉
Get ready for a season of rugby like never before with the **Lynher Energy Unified Championship**! This unique competition introduces the concept of a "lineal rugby champion," bringing a new level of excitement to the sport we love.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. **Gathering of the Clans**: The season kicks off with a Round Robin Tournament where the initial lineal champion is crowned. The winner becomes the titleholder, setting the stage for a thrilling chase.
2. **Title Defence**: The current champion must defend their title in every match. Win or draw, they keep the title. Lose, and the victor takes it all.
3. **Continuous Lineage**: The title passes from team to team based on match outcomes, creating an ongoing, informal championship that adds a dynamic twist to the season.
4. **Historical Tracing**: Fans can track the lineage of the championship through history, following the journey of the title as it changes hands.
For example, if the Fife Clan wins the opening tournament, they become the initial lineal champions. Their next match against the Strathmore Clan will be a battle for the title. A win or draw means Fife retains the championship, but a loss transfers the title to Strathmore.
