This isn’t for everyone
Not everyone wants to train outdoors
Not everyone wants to move properly

And that’s fine

Progress without pain.
Do you pick up injuries a lot when training?
I’ve been using heavier resistance bands and higher reps in my calisthenics lately.
Tested my front and back levers without bands the other night and was surprised at the progress.
Proof this approach works for me. I’m getting stronger with little to no injuries.
Before this, I was rushing movements I wasn’t ready for and it led to tendinitis, tweaks and setbacks.
Taking the ego out and not comparing myself to others has made the process far more enjoyable.
I don’t chase “dirty volume.”
Progress might be slower, but in my 40s the priority is staying injury free and feeling good.
That’s a win.
