The last post was about something most people are missing

Fresh air
Space
Natural movement

And today’s reel explains why that matters

Most people spend their day sitting indoors
Disconnected from their body
Then try to undo it with an hour in the gym

That’s not how we’re built to move

We’re supposed to move freely
Use the whole body
Be outside
And do it with other people

That’s why we train the way we do

Not because it’s trendy

Because it works 💪🏻

More energy
Body actually moving the way it’s meant to

More fresh air
More space
More natural movement

Less time sitting
Less time indoors
Less overthinking

No noise
No rush
No forcing it

Just movement

Most people don’t realise how much they’re missing this

Until they get it back

This isn’t for everyone

Not everyone wants to train outdoors
Not everyone wants to move properly
Not everyone wants to be pushed

And that’s fine

Most people think feeling stiff and tired in their 30s is normal

It’s not

You’ve just stopped moving properly

Less variety
More sitting
Same patterns every day

Your body adapts to that

But it also adapts back

When you start moving properly again

That’s when everything changes

Energy
Movement
How you feel day to day

That’s why we train the way we do

Progress without pain.

Do you pick up injuries a lot when training?

I’ve been using heavier resistance bands and higher reps in my calisthenics lately.

Tested my front and back levers without bands the other night and was surprised at the progress.

Proof this approach works for me. I’m getting stronger with little to no injuries.

Before this, I was rushing movements I wasn’t ready for and it led to tendinitis, tweaks and setbacks.

Taking the ego out and not comparing myself to others has made the process far more enjoyable.

I don’t chase “dirty volume.”

Progress might be slower, but in my 40s the priority is staying injury free and feeling good.

That’s a win.
