On Sunday we did our first member event in a while…⠀

I absolutely love these sessions.⠀
⠀
It brings all our members together - the people that come in the morning get to see other clients they haven’t seen in months/years because they only do evenings.⠀
⠀
Far too often in gyms everything gets a bit cliquey, and it’s off-putting.⠀
⠀
That’s not the case here.⠀
⠀
Just members helping each other out and showing consent support.⠀
⠀

I’ve been at this for a while 👀😂⠀

This photo is from 2018, when I first joined PureGym - I’d already been coaching for 2 years at this point (4 if we include boxing coaching).⠀

It’s not an exaggeration when I said I’ve coached well over 1,000 women.⠀
