Friday Fix Stretch…90/90 Hip Opener 🧘‍♀️
If your hips have felt tight this week, this one’s worth a try.

The 90/90 stretch helps open up your hip flexors and glutes, two areas that tighten up from long days sitting, training, or dancing.

It works by moving your hips through internal and external rotation, improving flexibility and control in a range most of us don’t use enough.

Hold each side for around 30 seconds, keep your chest tall, and breathe through the stretch.

A simple fix that keeps your hips moving the way they should 🙌
