Coach spotlight: Coach Nate will be taking the Wednesday 5.45pm nogi classes. Nate Dogg is one of Scotlands top BJJ competitors, with tons of UK and international competition experience.

He is one of the Griphouse's best.

He's known for his calm and technical style. Once he's on your back or has a hold of one of your legs you have a big problem! Nate's style is very similiar to some of the sports best, which isn't surprising as he has hundreds of hours of hours of mat experience at the Renzo Gracie academy in New York under the tutelage of John Danaher, sparring the likes of Gordon Ryan and Garry Tonon.
