Irvine TT Club Update 🏓

Club nights is on tonight as usual and will continue to run weekly on Tuesdays 7-9pm in the main hall at the Portal. The club will run every week up the end of June where we will stop for summer break.

We will be holding a banded competition for club players on a Tuesday in May. This will be the usual format of 6 players a band and where players will play 5 matches each. A date will be confirmed after the club this evening.

Funding
We were recently successful in receiving funding from North Ayrshire PB Fund. This will be to get new basic equipment for the club such as nets, balls, bats and some new club shirts.

Busy first night of the new year tonight at the Portal 🏓

Club will run weekly from now on every Tuesday 7-9pm in the main hall. Get in touch or pop in for a game. All equipment provided.

Irvine TT Club will be starting back next Tuesday 13th January 7-9pm at the portal irvine. We will run weekly from next week in the main sports hall as usual 🏓

• We have our AGM next Tuesday 9th September at 6pm before the club session. We welcome all members to come along to that.

• Club will still be on as normal on Tuesday 9th 7-9pm.

• We have a social night out at Auld Brig on Thursday 11th September at 7pm, all members and players welcome 🥂

The Irvine TT team of Martin, Karen, Ross & Kyle have been competing in the Ayrshire Table Tennis League this season. The team played well and finished in 4th place on 17 points and have thoroughly enjoyed playing competitively against other clubs in Ayrshire 🏓

Good luck to Kyle, Martin & Karen tomorrow who will be playing in the Ayrshire League Cup at Stewarton 🤞🏻

Thanks to all members & players supporting the club throughout the year and to club coaches / volunteers running the sessions and setting up the hall 🤝

Well done and well played Martin, Karen & Ross on Saturday at the Ayrshire League winning 13 points. Our Irvine team are currently sitting in 3rd place in Division 3 👏🏻

We will be running a banded competition at the Portal one Tuesday in June which will be open to our members & players from all clubs. Once date is confirmed with KA Leisure we will post entry form and info.
