1. Set A Goal ✅
Set a relevant goal that is important to YOU. Not to everyone else on social media. And be TIME/OUTCOME SPECIFIC!
2. Form A Strength Base 🏋🏼♀️
Regardless of what sport or modality you want to pursue, physical strength underpins every single aspect of successful, progressive, long term training.
3. Get A Coach 👨🏼⚕️
You take guidance for every other aspect of your life. You need to prioritise your lifestyle too. The best investment you can make is with your own health.
4. Don't Follow Trends 🎦
Hyrox. Running. Pilates. Probably all you hear about. These are all great, but the point of training is to ENJOY what you're doing. This is what keeps your training sustainable and consistent.
5. Have A Positive Mindset
Improving your capability in and out of the gym is an incredible way to be able to spend your time. Stay positive and watch how easy it is to remain on track with your plan!

We're back.
After nearly two decades of coaching (...and a short break), one thing is clear.
Most people don't need motivation - they need direction, structure and ongoing guidance.
I'm building a training club focused on these principles.
Yes we have a name, but that comes later.
Right now we are building the foundations properly.
Everyone is onboarded with our 6 week reset.
Here we will assess your schedule, your current fitness situation and adapt so you are correctly positioned for our ongoing training plan.
Being part of our training club means a shared journey of progress, and joining other like minded people in their wins.
You'll be able to engage with our community daily and we want to encourage and nurture that collaboration.
There will also be a small number of hyper personalised coaching spots available at launch.
We are looking for people who are ready to commit to real progress.
