Not the result we wanted today as we suffer defeat away from home in our first league game of the season.

⚽ James Lee got us on the scoresheet, but despite our efforts, Somerton Town Football Club took all three points.

A tough start against an organised and experienced side, but there’s plenty to take forward and plenty of football still to be played. We’ll dust ourselves down, learn from it and go again. 💪

👏 Well played to Somerton Town and all the best for the season.

After a brilliant pre-season, it’s finally time to get down to business as Tor FC kick off their league campaign! 💜⚽

We know it’s going to be a tough start against Somerton Town, but the lads have put in some excellent work throughout pre-season and are ready for the challenge.

Now the real stuff begins.

A huge role for a huge character. A leader on and off the pitch, Mike brings determination, passion, and character to the squad. We’re delighted to have him wearing the armband this season.

That’s 6 wins from 6 to round off a seriously impressive pre-season! 👏

The biggest positive? Plenty of opportunities for the squad — everyone has had the chance to put their mark down, compete for places and show what they can bring heading into the new season.

Credit to Merriott Saints FC who have had some really good results throughout pre-season and certainly weren’t a pushover. But today, Tor FC were outstanding from start to finish. 💥

Now the real business begins…
