It's not on the system to book yet folks, but new 'Dance Aerobics' class starts tomorrow night 7:20pm - 7:50pm Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre, straight after Musical Theatre.....the 'new going out is working out' come join the party - 30 extra minutes of sparkle to start the weekend
It's been quite the week for me - covering Aquafit at Kirkcaldy Leisure Centre on Monday then HIIT followed by Boxercise at Michael Woods Sports & Leisure Centre tonight - buzzing being back in my happy place 😀
