Quality few days for the Glenrothes Athletic 2015 boys.

First, an entertaining midweek friendly v East Fife 2015 Golds at Gilvenbank, and then great fun at Rosyth Football Festival yesterday.

24 goals 😳 scored by the boys across the five games yesterday 💥

Fantastic representation from the Glenrothes Athletic 2015 boys at the Coerver Coaching Scotland Summer Camp at Gilvenbank Park all day, every day, this week.

What a week for Glenrothes Athletic 2015s..! ⚽️

We had our final Coerver Coaching Scotland monthly session of the block on Tuesday. Their coach Alex commented on just how much the boys have progressed over the months - great to hear 💪🏻

We welcomed Raith Lions to Gilvenbank on Wednesday night and East Fife 2015 Golds on Thursday 🥵

Thanks to those coaches, players and families for coming through for midweek matches 🧡

And we finished with our final ever 7s game away to Pittenweem this morning. Fantastic commitment from the boys and their families today and all season.

Although some of the parents could do with taking tips from the boys over posing for photos...😳

Loads of game time for Glenrothes Athletic 2015s throughout June ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Home at Gilvenbank against Grangemouth on Saturday, and an away friendly with Kirkcaldy FC 2015s last night. And games to come against Raith Lions, East Fife 2015 Golds and Pittenweem all next week 😮‍💨

Our boys have been outstanding, taking everything in their stride and playing with a smile on their face. Mostly. 😀

Great fun for the Glenrothes Athletic 2015 boys this week. A midweek game against our friends at AM Soccer at Gilvenbank and then a short trip yesterday to face Rothes Juniors 2015's at Michael Woods.

Wee Howie and Dominik were excellent captains, and Leon Wilson awarded Fair Play card, but there were too many quality performances to mention everyone else...

It's been a busy and memorable May for Glenrothes Athletic 2015s 😮‍💨

It started with a ridiculously fun fundraiser at MacTuff (thanks to everyone who donated to the team) and saw us playing a festival in Crieff and matches in Cairneyhill, St Andrews, Dundee, Auchtermuchty and of course at home at Gilvenbank. Tremendous commitment from our parents and coaches 🧭

We also brought two new players in to the team this month: Matthew joined us from a team in the development league, and Mako joined us having never played organised/structured football before. What an impression these two boys have made 😀

On that, we're really proud of the fact we have three players who have been with us since the very start in August 2020, and four others had never played for another club before joining us 👏🏻

And the boys just keep getting better. What a group 🧡🖤⚽️⚽️

A brilliantly chaotic match for Glenrothes Athletic 2015s away to St Andrews this morning🥴

End to end, a million chances, goals galore, quality link up play, some outstanding goals, some 'interesting' defending, and multiple injuries in the space of a few minutes 🥺

Thank you to Anna for the bags of goodies for the boys. Although with all those injuries they were more like care packages.

The MacTuff Kids event today was ridiculously good fun. Glenrothes Athletic 2015s highly recommend it.

We were raising money for the team, but that was secondary to the experience of getting the boys and families together for something as fun and memorable as this.
