Great 2nd session this week!
Created lists of our worries, concerns, things that creates our anxieties and keeps us awake with over thinking. We then looked at our circle of control and put all of our worries in the correct circles…. Supporting you all to manage your mind. Giving you reassurance every step of the way 🤗♥️🙌

Our first ever drop in done ✅
Lots of discussions and ending the session on what we felt was our greatest achievement so far. Some really thought provoking answers ranging from survival to our children.
