What a difference 16 months can make, Theresa has lost over 3 stone in that time period, an incredible achievement 🕺😊

Hi guys, are you all getting enough selenium?
I hope so as it’s a essential trace mineral and your immune system won’t be as strong without it!
It can also help improve cognition, and fertility. Selenium is a nutrient that plays a key role in maintaining thyroid hormone metabolism and DNA synthesis and protecting the body from oxidative damage and infection.
Basically you don’t want to not get enough!!😝
The good news is just one Brazil nut contains 68-91mcg of selenium!
The RDA for selenium in the UK in 60mcg for women and 75mcg for men!
Just don’t over do it as they can be toxic if you eat too many!
It’s not advised to exceed 350mcg daily! A few a day will be absolutely fine and do you the world of good 😊
