Many of my pickleball family already know that I have a complex neuro-diversity diagnosis. Managing work, family (my mum is unwell) and Pickleball over the summer has been challenging and I have realised that I will soon need to take a small step back to ensure that I do not burn out or suffer any long term deterioration to my mental health. To this end I have decided to limit my interactions in October. I will significantly reduce my interaction with WhatsApp groups and social media. I will monitor email but also sending an automated response. I will still run Oxstalls and DL evenings but it is unlikely I will play much pickleball outside these sessions.
Thanks you in advance for your understanding and I look forward to getting back to more activities refreshed in November.
