What a fantastic morning speaking at Hartpury College for their careers event 🎤

I had the privilege of delivering my talk, “A Woman in a Man’s World, How to Build Confidence & Courage to Find New Opportunities.”

Standing in front of so many students, sharing my journey through property, business and the challenges of building confidence in industries where you often feel like the odd one out, was incredibly rewarding ❤️

If there’s one thing I hope they took away from today, it’s this:

✨ You do not have to have it all figured out.
✨ Confidence comes after courage, not before.
✨ The biggest opportunities often sit just outside your comfort zone.

Success isn’t about being fearless, it’s about being willing to back yourself, take action and keep showing up, even when things feel uncomfortable.

Last night was one for the books ✨

I had the pleasure of attending the opening party of Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at 22 Bishopsgate by Gordon Ramsay and what an incredible setting it is, right in the heart of 22 Bishopsgate.

Surrounded by an amazing group from the Cotswold, the evening was filled with champagne, dancing, and the kind of conversations that remind you why being in the right rooms matters 🥂

So grateful to for hosting yet another unforgettable event, always bringing together inspiring people and creating the best energy.

Nights like these are a reminder that business isn’t just about what you build… it’s also about the people you build it with 🤍

There’s something different about being in a room full of the right people 🤝

Last night at The Ivy in Bristol, I had the chance to speak to a room full of successful business owners supper club and share my journey in property, where I started, what I’ve built, and where we’re heading next.

We’re now actively looking to partner with like minded investors who want to grow their wealth through property… and conversations like these are where those opportunities really begin.

But beyond the business, what stood out most was the energy in the room.
Events like this are a reminder that real success is built on relationships, connecting, collaborating, and creating opportunities together.

Our Cheltenham flat just had a glow up ✨

After 7 years, our tenant moved on and although we’ve owned this building for 5 years, we bought it with tenants in situ… so this was our first opportunity to add value!!

Instead of re-letting it as it was, we saw opportunity 👀

In just 3 weeks, we gave the flat a light refurb:

• Fresh neutral redecoration
• New flooring
• Kitchen & bathroom cosmetic upgrades
• Modern fixtures & finishes

Nothing structural. No huge budget. Just smart improvements.

The result?

💷 £200 per month increase in rental income
📈 Higher long-term asset value
🏡 A far stronger rental product in the Cheltenham market

This is what strategic property investing looks like.

So many investors buy and sit back.

I nearly didn’t buy my first investment property.

Not because the deal was bad …. But because I was stuck in my own head!

Overthinking everything.
Re-running numbers.
Looking for problems.
Listening to people who had never invested telling me it was “too risky.”

Sound familiar?

Most people don’t fail in property because of bad deals.

They fail because they never actually start!

Everything changed once I understood:

So proud to have hosted my very first Business Growth Network Property Event Breakfast 🥐🏡

Thank you to everyone who came along, the energy in the room was incredible. I truly hope I managed to inspire a few of you with my love of all things property investment and what’s possible when you take action.

I’m absolutely delighted to be part of this quarterly event bringing together professionals already in the industry and those looking to break into property, to share knowledge, insight and real life experience.

This is just the beginning… and I can’t wait to see how this community grows.
