🌟Junior instructor spotlight🌟
This is Miss Flo! An absolute ball of energy and incredible dancer! Here’s Flo kicking butt at champs this year!
Flo is such a role model to the children - fun fact she’s currently starred as Dorothy in the wizard of oz and sang with Gloucestershire young talents and was nominated to do so!
As much as we love to teach dance we love to hear about what our students are up to outside of the studio!

🌟Junior instructor spotlight🌟
This is Mr Alfie and he’s only recently stepped up to be our junior instructor for our minis class and we’re SO proud of him!
Alfie is amazing with the younger children and such a role model to them. They look up to him and want to be able to do his cool moves one day (especially the worm 🪱)
Alfie won first place in his age category at our championships this year, the medal he’s holding was well earned!!! 🥇
Alfie, you are an inspiration to us all and we hope you continue to be 🌟

What an incredible bunch of students I have!
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Also to every parent/carer that’s helped too. Thank you to my management team that is always there to support and Miss Evie for being my right hand woman 🤍
These kids are so special and I’m so privileged to be their teacher.
From taking my first 6 last year from 1 school to 29 this year from 3 schools, it was a big jump but one I so gladly took!
We had some winners in our midst yesterday too, so special shout out to them! We all know it’s the taking part that truly matters in our hearts though and I’m glad to build a community that takes that on board.

🧡 What a day at the MF Dance British Championships! 🧡
Where do we even begin...
To every single member of MF Dance Midlands, you were simply incredible.
Every dancer gave absolutely everything they had and left it all on that dance floor.
Dancing your hearts out in 33°C heat with no air conditioning was no easy challenge, yet every one of you showed determination, resilience, and the biggest smiles.
Yes, we came home with plenty of medals, and we're so proud of every achievement... but today wasn't about medals. Today was about watching each and every one of you grow in confidence, find the courage to perform, support one another, and show just how much heart you all have. That is something no medal can ever measure.
To our amazing instructors, Ms Sophie and Ms Evie – thank you.
Your hard work, dedication, patience, and passion are truly remarkable. The love and commitment you put into every class shines through every time our dancers step onto the floor.
We couldn't be prouder to have you as part of our team.
To our wonderful dance parents – thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for the early mornings, the long days, the travelling, the cheering from the sidelines, and for believing in your children every step of the way. None of this would be possible without your unwavering support, and we appreciate every single one of you.
Today wasn't just about dancing. It was about confidence, bravery, friendships, teamwork, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Watching our dancers step onto that floor with their heads held high filled us with so much pride.
Congratulations to every single one of you.
We can't wait to celebrate all your achievements together, so don't forget to bring your medals along to class next week, we'd love to see them all! 🏅🧡

As we get ready for the MF Dance Championships this weekend, we’re reflecting on just how far our dancers have come.
Every child competing started in exactly the same place:
💛 Their first class
💛 Their first routine
💛 Their first friendship
💛 Their first confidence boost
Over time, they developed skills, resilience and self-belief.
Now they’re preparing to perform on one of the biggest stages in the MF Dance calendar.
No matter what happens on Saturday, they’ve already achieved something amazing.
