I'm John and I run Zumba classes in Gloucester. If you want to have fun and improve your fitness then why don't you come and give one of my classes a try? 🙂

My classes are at St Barnabas Church Hall in Gloucester and I have a new seated Zumba class at the Charcot Therapy Centre - where we do a seated variation of this track/choreo 🥳

At Zumba class it's all about having some fun whilst getting a workout for your body and your brain!

You don't need perfect form or high fitness, you can move to each track at your own energy level and learn the moves at your own pace in your own way 🙂

* 💷 How much does it cost? ...

- Your first class will be FREE 🥳
- A "6 Class Pack" is £29, usable over 9 weeks, that's less than £5 per class
- OR, you can PAYG for £6.50 a class

* 💳 Payments: You can pay by card or with cash on the day.

- Mon 12:05pm, St Barnabas Class
- Tue 1pm, Charcot Therapy Centre (Seated class)
- Fri 9:30am, St Barnabas Class

* ⏳Classes are 55 minutes long

* 💧 Please bring a water bottle and a small towel if you need it. You can refill your bottles if needed
