After a brilliant first session, we’re excited to have Ashley from Ashana Yoga back for more yoga & stretch sessions with Loughor Rovers Girls AFC! 💙🩷

A great opportunity for our players to stretch, build strength, improve flexibility, focus and unwind, with parents and coaches welcome to join in too! 🙌

✨ Stretch, breathe, relax… 🧘‍♀️💙

Some of our players and parents enjoyed a fantastic yoga session at The Lodge yesterday with Ashley from Ashana Yoga.

It was a lovely evening full of positive, calm vibes with everyone leaving feeling relaxed and refreshed. A huge thank you to Ashley for such an enjoyable session!

Ashley will be running more sessions for our girls and parents are very welcome to join too.
