Three years ago, I boarded a flight to India with no idea where it would lead to.
I wasn’t looking for a new career. I wasn’t planning to teach yoga. And I certainly wasn’t imagining that one day I’d be bringing other women back to the very place that transformed my own life.
But that’s the beautiful thing about choosing growth over certainty.
You don’t always know where the path is leading. You simply keep taking the next step.
Hosting my first women’s retreat to India in February 2027 feels like a full-circle moment.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I get to share a place, a practice and an experience that genuinely changed the way I live.
If you’ve ever felt curious about experiencing India through a yogic lens - not as a holiday, but as an opportunity to step away from everyday life and reconnect with yourself - I would love to have you there.
Sometimes the greatest journeys inward begin with a single flight.

Yesterday was Guru Purnima. 🙏
It also marked three years since I began one of the most intensive and transformative journeys of my life - my Classical Hatha Yoga teacher training.
What began as a 6 month journey actually carried lessons way beyond which I did not foresee at the time.
What’s been most remarkable is that the deeper my sadhana becomes, the deeper these teachings seem to reveal themselves.
These are seven quotes I find myself returning to, again and again as told by my guru. Not because they’re inspiring, but because they’ve genuinely shaped the way I think, practise and live.
On this Guru Purnima, we give our deepest gratitude to our gurus, our teachers, and to all those who has illuminated the path before us. Without them, this growth would not have been possible.
Happy Guru Purnima. ♥️🌸

Travelling alone has become one of my favourite forms of self-development.
Not because every trip is exciting or life-changing, but because it teaches me things that are difficult to learn any other way.
I learn to trust myself.
I realise my own company is enough.
I stop waiting for someone else to make plans.
I become more present.
I begin to appreciate the simple things.
Ironically, the greatest gift of solo travel has very little to do with travelling.
It’s the relationship you build with yourself.
I don’t think everyone needs to travel the world. But I do think everyone should spend some intentional time alone.
Whether that’s taking yourself out for breakfast, going for a walk without headphones, spending a day exploring your own city, or travelling somewhere new.
Especially as a young woman it also feels incredibly empowering to know you don’t need anyone else to see and do things you love even in a different city.
What’s something you’ve learnt from spending time alone?

Motivation is an emotion. It comes and goes.
But belief and commitment are choices.
Which one would you prefer to lead with?
