New Universal theme park set to open in UK - with promise of 'billions' of pounds for the economy The theme park is set to be up and running by 2031 and will be the UK's most popular tourist attraction, Universal hopes.

That is, all in all, a good move for the club and respect to whoever fought for it. Hope folks take advantage of it!

LAUNCHING OUR 2025/26 SEASON TICKETS!

The Fleet are pleased to announce a priority window for one of the most competitive season tickets in the National League South for 2025/26. The cost has been reduced across the board for all levels of season tickets back to the price point of three seasons ago.

Fans have until June 2nd to take advantage of the discounted prices before they revert to the standard price.

Really good pod, this! Always like to hear someone's perspective in long form. Make sure you give it a listen.

Definitely some promise with the signings, but likely too late to make a meaningful difference now. Agree that the focus needs to be on building a core that loves the club and can sustainably compete at NL level.

Also glad someone else continues to ask the question over the financial decisions. Now the theme park is dead, opening the pub could leave us in a dangerous place financially. Not confident the long term play is going to pay off!

Whilst it's not something we've really engaged with, it would seem stupid for the regulator to have no powers over clubs at a step we may soon find ourselves in

With us losing millions every year, the club does need some protection from the ultimate downsides - we do not want to be left responsible for debt that big

Once again, it's the Dr's ownership attracting all the criticism - but this time it's coming from a former MP who has a lot of experience with sport regulation
