Leah and Sarah from Barney Bears Nursery
Barney Bears’ coach Marc shared… “Leah and Sarah have shown what can be achieved when you work smart, stay consistent and give each other the space to focus on their individual strengths.
Over recent months, both Leah and Sarah have really stepped up, taking on greater responsibility across the business while continuing to support each other and the wider team. They’ve been delivering key senior management meetings, providing training and helping their team develop and move to the next level.
What stands out most is the way they’ve worked together throughout this growth. Rather than getting in each other’s way, they’ve given each other the space to grow, develop and focus on where they can make the biggest impact.
They’re now making fantastic progress towards having a business that can operate, perform and continue to grow without relying on them being involved in every aspect of it.
