Amazing day catering for 🌼✨
After being asked back last year, I was eager to help out on another of these events. It’s always great when you resonate with the people involved and know that the energy and love that goes into the food is reciprocated when it’s received. 💚

With the bank holiday weekend here and summer slowly beginning to peek through the clouds, we wanted to share a few things we’re excited about heading into next week at Rise.
From bringing a friend to class, to a couple of limited dessert specials, to the return of BLOOM… there’s a lot brewing in our little corner of movement, food and wellbeing.

Movement is better shared. Next week May 25th-31st, members can bring a friend to any class completely free. All they need to do is let us know which class they’d like to join and we’ll take care of the rest.

A huge shoutout to one of our members James. He’ll be running the Malvern Hills Ultra 50km this weekend!! There’s around a 2000 metres ascent so a planned training regime has been vital to enable peak performance. ⛰️
He joined us at the end of last year to help improve his running performance as well as a few niggles he was carrying.
We’ve worked on some personal training sessions to help with a dedicated training programme to complement all the goals involved. James has been so dedicated and showing up week in and out, even spending 40 minutes on the ski erg to help with low impact endurance training as he became closer to the event 🥴
Sending all the positive vibes this weekend and hope you feel prepped as possible going into it ⚡️
