Take a look at typical daily food plan.
First of all prep your food the day before so you are ready and organized.
Today I Started the day with our B-FIT BOOTCAMP fasted, then a 5k run.
Then I have my shake which has everything I need to function effectively, repair and spike my metabolism for the day ahead.
Tea Spoon of Irish Moss
Tea spoon of spirulina
Tea spoon of black macca
HANDFULL of cashew nuts
HANDFULL of almond nuts
Spinach
Banana (or fruit of your choice)
Ginger and tumeric
Small amount of oats
Coconut milk (or any diary free milk alternative)
In terms of meal prep,
Meal 1 and 3 today is
A plant pioneer vegan steak, with kale and purple steam broccoli.
Meal 2 Will be, plant pioneer vegan sausages with kale, spinach and a HANDFULL of pasta.
