Something a little different from me 👀
I’ve been playing around with the idea of taking microcement beyond walls and floors and using it to create smaller, one-off pieces for the home.
This started life as a chunky piece of timber. I’ve kept the natural timber edge exposed and hand-finished the top in a dark, textured microcement — then added a few of the smaller pieces I’ve been making to see how it all works together.
And I have to say… I really like this one.
No two finishes will ever come out exactly the same, which is probably what I like most about making things this way.
Still experimenting. Still trying different ideas. But I definitely think there’s something in these 👌

Morning all
I’m looking for someone who’s good with van signage/graphics to help bring an idea I’ve got to life.
I’ve already got my logo and branding and I’ve got a rough idea in my head of how I want the van to look, I just need someone with a bit of creativity to take it from there and make it actually work on the van.
I don’t want it covered in writing or looking like your typical trades van. The business is Custom Microcements so I’m after something clean, modern.
Ideally looking for someone who can help design, supply and fit it.

Something A little different from our usual surfaces…
Experimenting with microcement beyond walls, floors and furniture.
These textured hearts have been individually cast and finished by hand, allowing the natural variation in the material to become part of each piece.
No two will ever be exactly the same.
Shown here in deep charcoal and natural stone, alongside one of our handmade microcement trays.
We’re currently developing a small collection of decorative pieces — and this is just the beginning.

I had a very specific idea in my head… 🖤
I wanted a matte black egg holder to match my new kitchen, but couldn’t find quite what I wanted.
So naturally, I asked the hubby… “Can you make me one out of microcement?” 😂
And this is the result! 🥚🖤
Handmade from scratch and finished in microcement, it fits perfectly with the look of our new kitchen and complements our microcement splashback beautifully.
One of the things I love most about microcement is that it doesn’t have to stop at walls, floors and bathrooms. Furniture, accessories, feature pieces — if you’ve got an idea, there’s a good chance we can create it.
Now I’m wondering what else I can get him to make… 😂

LOOKING FOR A LOCAL RECOMMENDATION PLEASE!
I’m currently putting together a small range of new branded clothing for Custom Microcements, and rather than just ordering online, I’d really like to work with another local independent business if possible.
I’m looking for someone who can supply and produce genuinely high-quality clothing, including premium embroidery and DTF printing.
This isn’t really standard workwear — I’m trying to create something with more of a premium clothing-brand feel, so attention to detail and finish are really important.
We’re starting with:
• Heavyweight T-shirts
• Premium jacket
• Lightweight windbreaker
• Embroidered beanie
Quality is more important to me than finding the cheapest option.

📸 thank you to StrettyEnd for sharing this video - we are sooooo gutted that Dylan didn’t get to see Mbueno & have his shirt signed that he bought out of his own money - we were the next people to go in and security said without any warning “it was finished” - even though we queued from 415 to 715 and were literally the next to go in - they closed “early” (it was meant to end at 730 - and they didn’t even turn up until 6:15)!
Then the staff wouldn’t open the shop to refund his shirt (he was so upset he wanted to return it!) Other people were waiting to pickup their online collection parcel & they wouldn’t open up. And apparently a security guard assaulted a child: I ended up ringing the police! We left before they arrived & as we walked back we saw a girl who was stood behind us and she said it apparently all kicked off after we had left and we could just hear sirens and police vans as we walked to the car ….
Complaint will be going in as the staff were absolutely rude and there were zero management skills - just basically a hung of young kids laughing at us all waiting and being outside, and using OUR last 15/20 mins of the allotted time to take their own selfies with the footballers (as in the staff and security guards) in our time!! What a shambles 🫣 at least if they were doing that - don’t don’t for all the genuine ones to see as there was only a huge glass door between us! Feel sorry for all the kids 😢
And to top it off Jay wore his Liverpool top 🫣😂🤪

🤍Met this lovely chap Cozzy Media at the MUTD player signing for our son (or lack of signing as they left early when we was literally the next people due to meet MBEUMO and Dylan had his shirt and everything - but that’s a story for another day!) & he shared our business page after chatting with Jay - so lovely of him it’s made our day! We also met two other lovely ladies one of them an influencer at MUTD so we feel like a somebody today 🫶 even if Jay did wear his Liverpool top 🤦♀️
