A good test for the lads last night as we matched a strong Greenock FC side for 75 or so mins. Having took an early 2 goal lead after a strong start, Greenock got themselves back in even at half time. We became a bit disjointed last 15/20 mins as we made multiple in game changes allowing Greenock take advantage and secure 5-2 win. Thanks to the lads at Greenock FC for the game all the best for your season ahead ⚽️

Result from today's friendly. Good run out for everyone but couple of injuries early on forced us into some changes and never really got going. Thanks to the lads at Blackthorn for the game 👍Onto the next one⚽️

Some friendlies lined up to keep us ticking over until the next round of the Scottish starting off v Blackthorn tomorrow ⚽️

Brilliant team performance today as we beat Gartocharn FC 3-0 in the Donald McNair Scottish Cup to get our name in the hat for the last 16 draw 👏.

Relentless first 40 or so minutes of the game as we created multiple chances. In between a few break away chances for Gartocharn we had control of the game. We took the lead from a free kick on the right that Shane Cummings got on the end of causing a bit of confusion in the away team box as Wali Mohammedain stabbed the ball home.
We made it 2-0 after Wali broke 6 ankles before he squared the ball for Josh Docherty to smash home. A more evenly contested 2nd half as Gartocharn came into the game and had many chances to get back into the game 2nd half and would have been kicking them selves as we finally finished one of our 2nd half chaces as Moses Edogamhe powered his way through from the half way line before firing the ball into the bottom left hand corner to secure the tie and a 3-0 victory
