So todayβs swim π was the full length of Loch Thom in perfect conditions , sun , light breeze and tropical waters of 18 degrees π₯΅. This one was smashed π₯by a wonderful client with kayak and in water support but was also an absolute pleasure to watch and participate in . We did have a bit of debate regarding the distance hence the photo πΈ with our arms in the air , come on Garmin / Strava but it was definitely π at least 2 k π€£ππ«£.

So last night was honestly magical , for all the stormy π πββοΈswims recently this one really made up for it. Flat calm, π joined by our local seal π¦ and interestingly strong currents on our return swim π which everybody handled well. Safety boat β΄οΈ cover allowed all the swimmers to explore further on such a gorgeous night. Best photos ever but more importantly thoroughly enjoyed by all my clients πββοΈβ€οΈ.

Sometimes you just need a swim , a laugh and a play. So this morning we swam at Lunderston Bay , practised getting on and off the RIB (our safety boat ) which was hysterical π€£π«£πββοΈβ΄οΈ and a swim back in for coffee and cookie πͺ time. All in the glorious sunshine with these two crazy π€ͺ ladies . I laughed from start to finish π and we definitely entertained the safety boat crew π«£π€£ππββοΈπ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώπβ΄οΈ
