This Friday 7th March 2pm EXCLUSIVE FREE PILATES BEGINNERS CLASS

This exciting new course will commence on March 7, 2025. Participants will engage every Friday 2pm 60 min sessions at Meridian Studio 38 Creek Rd, London SE8 3FN. designed specifically for those new to Pilates. The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental principles and techniques essential for a solid foundation in Pilates practice.

Pilates Beginners will benefit from guided instruction tailored to their skill level. Classes will cover essential topics such as body alignment, breathing techniques, and controlled movements. Over the course of several weeks, you will develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while enjoying a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
