Easier said than done, I know

BUT you CAN still exercise

Swim. Aqua aerobics. YouTube home workouts. Yoga / Pilates instead of crazy cardio.

Easy tiger - heat increases heart rate so just think steady and controlled and think about cooling down the bod BEFORE using a cold wet towel or ice

Workout earlier or later in the day when it’s cooler. Hydrate right - up to 850ml before and sip during workout. Workout smarter and stay safe people

Should you train to failure?

For me. Yes you should. As long as you keep correct form and technique.
After all. You’re exercising. You SHOULD push yourself right?

But here’s something to think about. Could you stop 2 reps short? Apparently it’s just as effective for muscle growth

It’s called Reps in Reserve. A sweet spot on during your working set that should give better results

We are always told to aim for the optimal workouts, sleep and nutrition. However.
