Nearly 3 weeks since my show .
Up just over 2kg on morning check in . Still staying lean so happy how im progressing. Energy good strength going up and little to no water retention.
If you want help reaching your goals I can help you and you will be priority.
Wide grip seated Row with big emphasis on the stretch and nice squeezeat the top. Really lit my back up.

So for yesterday show i was very cautious on food abit to cautious. Well after my treat of burger and chips before back to diet today this is what happened.

So today was a crazy blur loved it though. My fire has been doused in petrol. Got lots to do moving forward but I have got to the best shape of my life. Totally buzzing.
Got and invite to British championships next year.

Not posted in a while . But still been chipping away. Been doing 2 x a day cardio this week and keeping in deficit. Been making good progress. Happy with how its going . Just gotta keep going

Diet hasn't been perfect . But stayed in a deficit throughout my week off so the body fat has still dropped.
