Hot Weather Update 🌞

With high temperatures forecast over the next few days, here's how we'll be handling coaching sessions so you know exactly where you stand:
• ⁠If we cancel a session due to the heat, you'll automatically receive a credit.
• ⁠If a session goes ahead, you're welcome to play — but please do so at your own pace and listen to your body. If you'd prefer to sit this one out, that's absolutely fine: just let us know in advance and we'll credit you for the session.
• The most important thing is that everyone stays safe and well. Please remember to bring plenty of water, wear a hat and sun cream, and take breaks whenever you need to.
