Earlier on, we announced our support of who are taking part in , crossing the Pacific using our approved Oscar Cut Blade technology on their oars.
Oscar Cut Blades maintain grip on the water, but reduce the load the body carries through the drive sequence.
We are pleased to announce the team are on their way! Not without some setbacks though...
The team has had to para-anchor off the coast of California to wait for calmer conditions to repair a broken rudder. This means they are a little behind the other teams due to this unfortunate setback. However, we are assured the team are doing well and in good spirits, and it won't be long until they can continue with the row.
You've got this guys!
