It’s hard for me to admit I’ve put a stone on . I haven’t weighed myself but I’ve gone up a dress size and my wedding ring is super tight 🤨. I haven’t been having my shakes regular since before Christmas and I can feel the difference in my energy levels and mental health 😖. No gym and more alcohol which isn’t good for me at all .

I’m posting this so I’m accountable for myself. I need to get back into a healthier lifestyle which I totally love when I’m in the zone

So feb is the new jan for me I’m going to kick start putting myself on a three week plan . Get some healthy habits going for the year ahead
