Yes, positive thinking, manifesting and setting mental goals is great, but when it comes to what your brain believes... it's what you actually do, and keep doing that makes the long term difference and creates long lasting habits and lifestyle changes.

So is it time to stop thinking about starting at the gym, or saying you're going to start at the gym and actually setting the wheels in motion?

If so... get in touch... I'd love to help.

Anyone else had what they thought was a crazy idea, but it turned out to be fabulous in so many ways.

Increased confidence.
Increased knowledge.
Increased strength.

What a difference 20yrs makes.

If only I knew then, what I know now.

There's nothing wrong with who I was back then. I guess the message here is that it's never too late to get strong, build muscle and change your mindset.

I'd barely even looked at a pilates mat 20yrs ago... crazy that today I strength train 5 times a week, have never been stronger and my passion is to help other women do the same. 🥰💪

Your body keeps score.

After decades of yo-yo dieting, under-eating, punishing workouts, skipping meals, cutting carbs and trying to make ourselves smaller… eventually the body starts responding with:

Less energy.
Less muscle.
More fatigue.
More frustration.

Does your metabolism feel “stuck"?

Midlife didn’t suddenly break you.
For many women, it’s just got to the point where your body says
“I can’t keep up with this anymore.”

The answer definitely isn’t less food and more cardio.

More nourishment, more muscle, more recovery and learning to support your body instead of fighting it is what it needs to start making amends.

Protein.
Strength training.
Sleep.
Consistency.

It's not too late.

The road to my fitness shoot.

From 58kg in September 2025 to 64kg in Feb 2026. Eating in a calorie surplus and training 5 days a week for strength and hypertrophy.

Training continued from March to June 2026 whilst eating in a small calorie deficit to reveal the muscle built.

A thoroughly eye opening experience for me, and I learned so much during this process about how my body responds to a change in fuel and hypertrophy based training.

I weigh the same as I did at the start, but my body shape has changed... this composition change is pretty cool. 😁

Coached by who mentored me through each stage... thank you for your support and expertise. 💪

I'm not naturally confident.

I guess most people are at their most confident when around the people they love and trust.... that was definitely me at my 50th Birthday Party.

But building self confidence, self esteem and having faith in my own capabilities is definitely something I've worked on, and is still a work in progress.

I can 100% confirm that the gym and strength training has played a large part in how far I've come. Something switched in my head when I saw and felt the positive changes in my strength, physique and mindset.... nothing beats it..... and I'm only just getting started.

It's never too late to start.
