Visited the Haywards Heath dojo last night, the class was taken by Jonz Wale sensei on holiday from Japan. Excellent session, good energy on the mats, we all learned loads. Many thanks to Jonz sensei for taking the time to share his wealth of knowledge and to the HH guys for hosting.

Its been very testing at the Makotokan in recent weeks, that is, we've been doing lots of test training and it has paid off. Congratulations to Alex, Lily, Roman and Paul for your excellent performances and well deserved promotions.

Congratulations to Keroko who gave an excellent performance in passing her 6th Kyu test this week.

Its that time again, yes, spring is here, motivation is strong, its time to learn Aikido. Come and immerse yourself in a traditional Japanese martial art and enjoy the benefits this brings.
