KMG Instructor Update! It’s been a while since these could be held. Great few days training about INSTRUCTOR TEACHING TECHNIQUES.
🚨It’s one thing training your skills… passing it on is another is and having it checked and updated is the next thing. 🚨
Timeline drill: How ready are you? Early vs late responses, ensure you respond even if not ‘perfect’, train all options including completely messing up (this will be down to your partner to catch you out).
NB Most conversation during these drills are distraction-based, faints, getting your partner to think other things etc.

From a self-defence standpoint be prepared to take on a task BECOME BIGGER THAN THE SITUATION.
This includes:
1) Leaving it! No ego, self preservation and the safety of loved ones, be it on the street, in the club or in a relationship (partner, business, friendship… subscription service! 😉)
2) May require engaging the situation - same locales above apply.
3. Asking for help or support is self-defence. Looking after your body whether physical activity - doesn’t have to be a crazy 3 hour workout - but can be a 10 minute walk, 20 min workout, 5 minute talk or even 10 seconds of asking for help to keep your mind straight or to alleviate an angst.
