Birmingham 10K โ Done โ

Truthfullyโฆ a few days ago, I didnโt think I was going to do it.
I havenโt felt myself recently and I genuinely considered giving up, pulling out, and staying home. I nearly gave up before even getting to the start line. But this morning I showed up anyway โ and Iโm so glad I did.
Was it my fastest 10K time?
Definitely not.
Was it my strongest performance?
Probably not.
But today was bigger than a time on a watch.
Today was about proving to myself that even when your head doubts you, your body feels tired, and motivation disappearsโฆ you can still push through and finish. Really proud to have got it done ๐ชโค๏ธ
And a massive well done to every single person who ran today โ whatever your reason, whatever your pace, you smashed it ๐

๐ Rainbow Laces โ Moving from Pledge to Action!
Following my recent commitment to the Stonewall Proud Pledge as part of the campaign, Iโm really pleased to share that the laces have officially arrived ๐
