Kempo Karate Association 2nd Course 21st April 2024

We will be holding our second course of the year this will be a kata, kumite and referee course to kick start our new year, this will be a kata, kumite and referee course and will be held on the 21thof April 2024 this is open to all our members with an valid Kempo karate licence and is a great learning experience for anyone who is wanting to better their knowledge of karate we look forward to seeing you on the course. All students must complete 10 kempo karate courses to be eligible to take their Black belt Shodan exams and Have these marked of in their black licence books. Please see your Club instructor after the course to have it stamped and signed off in your licence book. Licence Books must be brought on the day for signing and proof of membership.

Melissa has been with me for 2/3 years now and is achieving!!! Her progression has been phenomenal! She trains hard every session and it's now showing! Medals galore!! The future is bright! OSS

My first badge representing the north of England.. we travelled to Austria, Sweden and Venice plus the inter region tournaments aswel.

My first cap for england was the Grand Slam, we won!

And a letter from my very proud grandad murgy Ingrid Hayes after my first European championships in Athens. I wish I had his scrap book he made for me. He was so proud. If he knew I got too 16 in the WORLD in 2014 he would've been sooooo proud.
