It must be Saturday as I'm painting and upgrading the gym again 🙄🤣

After a stressful and annoying few days it felt like a good time to move forward and refresh the atmosphere in the place

Now I just need to get the artwork and images on the wall 😎💪

We're upgrading and renovating the kit. 💪💪 You may notice a few bits of kit out of action over the next few days because we're servicing or re-upholstering them.

Don't worry, we'll still keep them because we all know it's the best gym kit in town... we're just making sure it stays that way.

Another week over, another batch of new members and happy customers. Thanks for all your support since we took over , it really is appreciated by all team.
