Hi everyone!

I’d like to use my first post, simply to introduce myself… so here we go.

My name is Natalie and I’m a fully registered counsellor/ psychotherapist and coach specialising in anxiety, stress, and building the confidence to address those negative, limiting beliefs that are stopping you from moving forward and being the best version of yourself.

The purpose of this page is to build a safe place where you can come to gain tips, tools, and a positive boost on those days where you’re not feeling your best.

This is a place where you are able to feel truly important, powerful, and empowered.
