✨️Feels so good when you master something..

✨️The Pilates Teaser is a challenge...in the Aerial hammock..its even more satisfying

Looking for a stretch class in Bromley?
If you enjoy yoga-style stretching but want something that supports your body more,
✨️ Aerial Pilates might be for you.

The hammock helps you:
• release tension in the spine
• stretch safely and deeply
• build strength and mobility
✨️And yes… hanging upside down is optional.

Most people think aerial classes are about tricks.
Mine are about how the body feels.
Free flowing controlled movement and that build really strength 💪🏽

Aerial Pilates is like giving your spine space to breathe.

✨️Wednesdays 6.30pm
✨️Saturdays 9.30am

All Classes have Taster slots available
Suitable for any level.
