Modern Shotokan Karate

We changed our training times at The GPCA (Abercrombie Way Harlow) our main session is at 11am on Sunday mornings. All welcome. If there is anyone out there who has trained before and wants to start up again, this is the perfect class for you. We will work with you, in order for you to reach your full potential.
This is a very friendly and welcoming class.
What else would you be doing at 11am on a Sunday morning.
You know it makes sense.

Ok ...So the weather is rubbish. It’s windy, wet and cold....you may as well all come training tonight at the GPCA in Harlow! 7pm-9pm. It will be warm and dry. The only wind will come from you lot moving really fast! See you at 7pm!
