Really disappointed to see the amount of litter left around our local football pitch at the weekend.

What makes it even more frustrating is that the grass is looked after by an elderly gentleman who gives up his time to keep the pitch in good condition for everyone to enjoy. He shouldn’t have to spend his time picking up other people’s rubbish as well.

This pitch is used by children, families, and local teams, and it deserves a lot more respect than it’s getting. Please take your litter home or use the bins provided.
