After a few Internet issues and big think about how to run my classes, I'm finally back on it and going back to Zoom every Thursday!

Starting Thursday 7th January 6-7pm

£3 per class

Stretch and strong with a 10 minute meditation to wind you down and help you through January.

Another month or so of Zoom it is.. 🌞
I've just moved into a beautiful new space which doesn't have WiFi until the 9th, but after that I will be taking my usual Thursday evening class online and adding a few more.
I won't be charging for these (unless you'd like to make a donation) so come and get ya lockdown wiggles out.
I'll let you know as soon as more times get added to the booking page. 🌸🖤

Class update!

Thanks to everyone who has joined me via Zoom over these weird few months. I have loved teaching online, but the time has come..

I have finally finished sorting all the boring bits and have found a beautiful, big, real life space! 🌞

I'll be teaching one class per week and trialing this before adding more.

Style: Vinyasa Flow with some lovely Yin elements to wind things down 🌸

First class with be Thursday 22nd October 6.30-7.30pm.
£4 for your first class, £7 after that. You can also pay for a block of classes- £38 for 6 hours.

Very excited to teach some real people again and hopefully share lots of workshops and other styles with you eventually.
