"I used to spend two hours every Thursday morning chasing no-shows on WhatsApp before I could even think about the fixtures. Now the poll goes out automatically, reminders chase people who haven't replied, and the matches are ready before I've had my coffee. I got my Thursday back."

— Club volunteer, tennis club committee, UK

That's the whole point of OnCourtMatch.

No more copy-pasting reminders.
No more manually working out who's playing who.
No more spending club night doing admin instead of playing.

OnCourtMatch automates attendance polls, reminders and balanced match generation across WhatsApp, SMS and email — so volunteers get their evenings (and mornings) back.

Running a tennis, padel or pickleball club and tired of chasing players? Let's talk.

6:45pm: still texting "you in tonight?" to twelve different players.
7:15pm: three replies. Two spreadsheets open. No idea who's actually coming.

Sound familiar?

Here's the same coordinator, one automated poll later:

Attendance sorted itself. Reminders went out without you lifting a finger. Matches got generated and sent. Standings updated live.

And you? You're on court. Actually playing.

That's not a fantasy — that's what OnCourtMatch does for tennis, padel and pickleball clubs across the UK. 85+ minutes back every single session. Over 100 hours a year.

Stop chasing players. Start playing yourself.

Pickleball is exploding across the UK right now 🎾

New clubs. New committees. New volunteers suddenly running club nights they didn't sign up to manage full-time.

Sound familiar?

Chasing 30 players for a Tuesday session count. Building match sheets by hand. Trying to keep a ladder league updated in a spreadsheet nobody else can find.

That's not why you joined the committee.

OnCourtMatch automates the whole session cycle — attendance polls, reminders, balanced match generation and live standings — sent straight to players via WhatsApp, SMS or email. No manual chasing, no missed replies.

Clubs using it save 85+ minutes every single session. That's time back for actually playing, coaching, or just having a life outside the club diary.

If your pickleball club is growing faster than your admin can handle, we built this for exactly that moment.

First 50 clubs get 1 month free, no payment details needed, and you're set up in under an hour.
