One of the hardest decisions but for all the right reasons.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to continue to work doing private physio sessions.
Pregnancy isn’t proving easy and I need to look after Baby Nelson which means taking a step back.
All existing clients, please feel free to get in touch for any advice or recommendations of where to go!
I sincerely apologise to all clients and wish you all the best.
I guess it’ll be a long break until after maternity leave 🥹

Had a lovely time in York last week graduating. A massive thank you to all my family and friends who have helped me along the way and still supporting me now. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of each and every one of you 🤍

Lil mixed work out tonight at the rugby gym 💪🏻
1️⃣ 500m intervals on the watt bike 🚲
2️⃣ Glute bridge with 5kg plate 🍑
3️⃣ Shoulder work with the 10kg plate 💪🏻
4️⃣ Kettlebells - swings, overhead presses, lunges 💃🏼
5️⃣ Cool down and stretches 🧘♀️
