Windy and uphill 🏃🏻‍♀️
Not every run is going to be the best but going and trying is better than not going at all!
Glad it’s done and can now enjoy the rest of the day.
Little Miss naps in the pram when I run (usually 1hr+) 😴

Today is a rest and recovery day! (no training)
This morning myself and Little Miss went on a walk to the stray (park run was on).
We saw so much that she was intrigued by…
- Bikes
- Dogs
- Cars, lorries, buses, motorbikes
- Birds
- Colourful trees and flowers
not only that but once there we got to interact with other people and she had the freedom to run around and explore her surroundings. We also gained fresh air and getting in steps for an active rest (for mummy).
Babies learn so much through whats around them so use that to also bring yourself to better health and wellbeing through movement and fresh air as well as rest.

My daughter loves the outdoors!
Her running buggy is her favourite 😍
Today we did a food shop and went to meet some of our friends for a play and some lunch.
After mummy got to run whilst little one napped.
Got another walked planned this afternoon for more fresh air and baby to be awake to see more of what’s around her! 🌳 🌺

Training in a gym or running is not everything it depends on! There’s so much more to a healthy lifestyle.
Today I took mini me to the park for an hour and got fresh air. Then when she napped I went on a walk.
Even if they don’t sleep they will enjoy looking at their surroundings, learning and developing through seeing and hearing new things.
Hope you mange to get some steps and fresh air into your day😀
