Awesome few camps so far this summer with The Hockey Lab Team. Some great photos of young players completely engaged in the activities and senior players taking on leadership roles in our fun mixed absolute Commonwealth Games Tournament.
10 days off before our last 2 camps in York (22nd & 23rd) and Harrow (24th & 25th).

Schools, parents and hockey clubs. Let the Hockey Lab UK make a difference this lockdown. Online Hockey HITT sessions are modified and planned to be fun for all, develop skills and increase fitness levels for all ages and abilities. Ran by a teacher, qualified coach and elite athlete.

Is Richard Mantell the best passer of a hockey ball ever? Some unreal passes in this EHL game! In my opinion the speed and quality of this slide pass is extremely unique and should be coached more with junior players. Clearly natural physical attributes help but the technique is vital!

The pro league is back in action today after today’s 11-3pm training get straight back home to check out vs on
The start of the pro league has also seen the UK governing bodies start a new campaign to kick racism out of our sport and see more diversity across the country to where the sport is being played.
I hope this will help encourage far more state school’s to teach hockey and see a rise in those players breaking into the junior international fold in the future.

We will be working closely with Amersham HC again this year. Looking forward to helping the players produce more team goals like this one from last season.
Goals like this quite simply came from training and playing to the individual strengths within the team. By creating an environment so that when it comes to the weekend match this is hopefully just a natural response.
