Now that the aches and pains from Sunday’s Harrow Hill 10k have gone feeling even more grateful that we have so many great sporting opportunities in Harrow such as with Metros Running Club- Other great clubs include Harrow Athletic Club and we were after all home to the great Sir Roger Bannister.

Thank you again to all those who put Sunday’s event together and who volunteered and made it a very efficient and enjoyable experience.

Cross Country To Launch LYG Season - London Youth Games An estimated 1500 Young Londoners representing 32 borough teams are set to take to Hampstead Heath on Saturday 20 November as the London Youth Games cross country returns to the iconic Parliament Hill Fields after an absence of two years.

The Mayor of Harrow, Cllr Ghazanfar Ali, started the Harrow Parkrun on Saturday alongside the Mayoress and volunteers.

There were 131 runners who finished the course as the Mayor watched on, with 19 volunteers who supported the event.
