Yoga is a 1 hour class which will involve physical movement, breathing and a guided meditation.
Yoga is currently online with ZOOM. When you book your place, you will be sent a link and unique password an hour before the class start.

Bootcamp is a 45 minute class which focuses on using bodyweight exercises to help you lose body fat, increase cardio and build strength. This class will work all of your muscle groups.

This is a chance for you to work with a qualified coach for 60 minute session, which has designed around your needs and experience. We will work out of a semi-private gym location, so you won't be facing new challenges in a crowded space. You can even choose the playlist!

Sports massage is a form of deep tissue massage, so a great deal of pressure is put on the muscles in order to treat them. This is most beneficial for athletes and people with an active lifestyle.
This form of massage is for healing and prevention of muscle injuries. It also helps to improve your range of motion.
Our Sports Massage Sessions range from 25 minutes to 60 minutes. We have a range of massage options to pick from.

BoxFit is a 45 minute class focused on boxing fundamentals to get you fit. You will NOT be sparring with members in this class. We'll use a combination of boxing movements and conditioning exercises. We will be working with mitts and focus pads for a great cardio workout.
BOXFIT is an in-person class. This class is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions.
